I made a video of my moms new washer that taps loudly during the spin cycle. I sent an email to Maytag with a link to this video. Lets see what happens.
EDIT: I feel like I should say this is the 1st attempt in contacting them concerning the matter. By no means have I formed an opinion of Maytag and/or their customer service.
Was the Maytag service man real or, was he just a local contracted repair man?
