Flickr video, ugh, why?

I dont think its a good idea. They do the photos fine and are well known for that. There are PLENTY of other video sites, we just dont need another one. I dont think people are gonna wait around for another site to get it right when so many others are already doing it pretty well. Vimeo and youtube. Nothing wrong with them. Flickr just doesnt need to do this. It would be cool if they just told us they changed their minds and just dont feel its right for the site and flickr community, and scrap the project. I dont think they would get much heat for it either.
